1q. How can I change my username?
1a. You can change your username in your profile settings.
1b. When changing your username, all posts made by you will automatically be changed/updated with your new username.

2q. Why can't I login?
2a. When you registered as a member of this forum, you should have received an activation e-mail. This e-mail is automatically sent by the forum to the entered e-mail address in order to verify that your entered e-mail address is valid. If you entered a wrong e-mail address, or if you entered an invalid address by mistake, perhaps you did not receive this activation e-mail. In this case you should contact Admin. In the form please include your user name and the correct e-mail address. Within a few hours, you will receive a new activation e-mail at your correct e-mail address. Please make sure, that you enter the correct address in the contact form. Once you enter the forum, please go to your profile settings and check everything. Thanks.
2b. In some cases, it is not possible to log in. This is due to maintenance or updating. In these cases a notification message will appear on the forum. You should then come back later and try to log in again.
2c. After an update, sometimes the cookie settings has been changed. In this case you need to delete your cookies containing the name "@genseiryu.". Just delete the files from your "C:\Documents and Settings\USER NAME\Cookies\" folder if you are using Internet Explorer. If you are not familiar with the structure of the Windows operating system, you may go to your browser (If using Internet Explorer) Tools menu. Please select Tools/Internet Options. Here choose the tab called GENERAL. On this page choose DELETE COOKIES and click OK. Then close your browser. Open a new browser and go to http://www.genseiryu.dk/forum/ and try to log in again.
